| Hillcrest employs its own Housekeeping staff, and everyone is quite proud of the cleanliness and of the compliments they receive. Housekeeping services are provided in each resident’s room at least daily, and more often if necessary. We also
provide our own on-site, daily laundry services. There is no laundry
charge for
those residents who are covered under Medicare A. Dry cleaning services are also available.
Residents are encouraged to bring in 3 to 7 or so sets of their own clothes to wear, including night gowns or pjs. Comfortable, casual clothing is welcome throughout the facility. The Housekeeping
staff carefully labels all
resident’s clothing upon admission with tasteful, heat-sealed fabric labels to minimize the chance of misplaced clothing. Please notify the
Housekeeping Department
whenever you bring in new clothes so that it may be labeled. When families choose to do the personal
laundry 1) items
should be picked up frequently and 2) a laundry hamper needs to be
be provided.
Due to limited space, we ask that seasonally
appropriate
clothing be provided.
